Good to see some recognition for those budding blacksmiths across the world. Take a look at this article from the South Wales Argus about a young blacksmith from the National School of Blacksmithing over at Hereford and Ludlow College.

After getting an anvil for his 15th birthday and a forge that Christmas, Abergavenny blacksmith Owain Salter, now 19, has his own businesses and has won multiple awards for his work.

Nice one Owain! Its great to see people of any age getting back into the traditional art of blacksmithing.

We didn’t miss the Greystone Forge, forge roaring away in the background there too!
